I recommend the agency because they provided prompt and courteous support. For example, when there was strongly a problem with the shutter, they immediately arranged a construction contractor. When I reported that there was a water leak from the upper floor, they immediately came to see how my house was damaged. In addition, they always to communicate with me using English, sometime they translated from French document to English for me. It was very helpful for me.
